The book of a professor from Zakho University received the best book of the year award

The result of the participation in the best book of the year award ceremony was organized, and then on Wednesday, March 25, 2025, in the city of Sulaymaniyah, the preparation of a list of distinguished individuals from both governmental and private sectors who are active in the fields of literature, culture, and under the supervision of the governor of Sulaymaniyah, Mr. (Dr. Haval Abubakr), a forum was held for discussing and awarding the best five books of the year.

First, a book is presented to the participants, then they enter into a discussion and engage in a scientific debate where three individuals are involved for evaluation and determination.

In this year, the book by Mr. (Wahid Sindi), a professor in the Kurdish language department at Zakho University, after being reviewed and evaluated, was chosen as one of the best books of the year.
